The FIT 2-B FREE Movement(tm) is a national health and wellness curriculum for the faith-based community. It will bring about a complete transformation in your spirit, soul, and body; inspiring others to experience and share the same results.


This movement will bring strength to your spirit with the word of God and prayer; balance and spirit led control to your soul; nourishment and rejuvenation to your body through educating and inspiring you to eat nutritious God-given foods and engage in daily physical activity.


Participants will share a devotional and learn tools for a healthy lifestyle for a minimum of 30 minutes, and participate in a minimum of 30 minutes of their group's chosen physical activity.

It allows each individual to experience the physical and spiritual transformation they desire while earning the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award. Each accountability group will be led by a Freedom Ambassador and meet a minimum of once per week for approximately 60-90 minutes, over the 12-week journey.

The FIT 2-B FREE Movement(tm) will inspire and equip 1-Million Americans to earn the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award; to be ready and prepared to live life without restraints and burdens; so that they can Enjoy their Total Health and Liberty in Christ.
