The Education of Young Children: Research and Public Policy was inspired by papers presented at the Oxford Round Table in Oxford, England in 2008. For twenty years the Oxford Round Table has been a gathering place for discourse among international policy makers and scholars from a wide and varied range of academic disciplines.
