In Lieu of Light

Two sisters are brought up with unyielding ideas of good and bad, sinful and honorable, moral and immoral in the Post Slavery South. Born to slavery, freed by war, they now must face their greatest fears as an unquenchable thirst develops that threatens in engulf and suffocate their once timid minds. A trial of fear, terror, suspense, and unfathomable evil consume all who threaten their heroic and power driven stance.
