Thirty poems written by the singer/songwriter Harry Chapin, edited by his widow Sandy. With lyrics to fifteen of his best songs, published and unpublished. Poems and song lyrics accompanied by paintings and prints by James Ormsby Chapin, Harry's paternal grandfather. James Chapin was recognized in his own right as an important American painter and member of the Regionalism school, a popular realist modern art movement of the 1930's.
