Killing Me Softly is the first book of Dr Philip Nitschke and Dr Fiona Stewart. Initially published by Penguin in 2005 and now back in print, KMS is part-biography Philip Nitschke, part-political analysis of the assisted suicide movement globally and part forward predictions of a person's right to the best end of life choices, regardless of their state of health. The focus of KMS is why Dr Nitschke thinks the way he does; what sets him apart from others in the assisted suicide movement.
