Description:

An anti-American president in South America has an undeclared war with the United Sttates, and he initiates a plan to flood the nations of the Caribbean with billions of dollars in counterfeit $100 bills to destroy their economies. The U.S. government learns of the plan and gives the Office of Naval Intelligence the mission of stopping it.
