Joey's Journey Home

The setting for Joey's Journey Home is during World War II. Joey and his family live on a farm in Gunsight, Texas. They depend on their cattle and chickens for food. While his father is away in the Navy, Joey is kidnapped. He struggles to find his way home. There are life threatening circumstances that arise and he tries to overcome fear as he searches for a way to get back home.
