Tells of the unfailing and boundless love of a little daughter and a tiny son that God allowed to come into the author's life. It is the story of their tears as they tried to cope with the abandonment of yet a second mother and of the love they found and the heartaches they shared as they traveled the world in their quest. Sometimes love strikes with a bolt of lightening. Sometimes it is born only after loneliness and darkness have plumbed the depth of your soul. This is the story of the love of the beautiful young Moslem girl in Turkey, and of the devotion of the spirited blind teacher at the orphanage school in Taiwan who gave so deeply of her heart and taught them so much. It is the story of the tragically deformed young gardener at the school who longed for love also and whose life was even darker than those whose eyes could not see.
