Parkinson's disease dementia and dementia with Lewy bodies are common dementia syndromes with characteristic and distressing symptom profiles that enable accurate diagnosis. This book highlights key emerging issues pertaining to the neuropathological and neurochemical basis of the syndrome and related symptoms, the underlying disease mechanisms, the importance of understanding the genetic contribution and will provide an overview to inform clinical management.
