Mrs. Noah's Journal

A book of forty poems, all arising from a common subject, carefully arranged in a well-structured sequence. Within the boundaries of that subject matter-the Biblical story of Noah and the Ark as viewed and spoken by Noah's wife-there is a virtuoso's variety of verse forms (even including a couple of concrete poems), some elaborate and complex, richly intricate, and some free and easy, and all carefully, gracefully controlled by the author.
