Memoirs of Sin

People of God, be careful how you receive the old adage, "No one is perfect. You are going to sin." The truth is that we don't have to surrender to sin. After accepting Christ as Lord and Savior over your life; turn your heart over to Him and He will cleanse you from all unrighteousness. God said in His Word, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts; ye double minded." (James 4: 7-8 KJV) Temptation is a precursor for sin. And, many times we tend to give in to our sinful nature. However, there is always a way of escape if you want to be set free. I Corinthians 10:13 says, "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." So, if you are into pornography - there is a way out. If you are living a homosexual lifestyle - you can get out. If you struggle with anger issues and physical abuse - have hope - you are able to get out. Memoirs of Sin illustrates the way to break the chains of sin and be more like Christ.
