Prayer: A Guide for Leaders, Parents and Teachers (CEC)

For too many of our young people, prayer has become routine and uninteresting. Teachers and leaders can use this curriculum to help children understand that a relationship with God never needs to be boring. Isaiah 56:7 says that God will make us joyful in His house of prayer. No matter what their circumstances, young people can enjoy prayer and grow in friendship with God.

Prayer by the Children's Equipping Center (CEC) directed by Lenny LaGuardia is designed to aid and equip young people with a foundation for building a life of enjoyable prayer. The lessons contained in this curriculum examine topics such as God's goodness and His glad heart, inviting children into joyful prayer and a deep, satisfying relationship with the Lord.
