This little book is meant to help us to never again, in the midst of our troubles, be overwhelmed, lose hope and say things likes "this is too much for me" or "life is too Difficult" or "I give up". We should be looking to the crucified Christ and realizing that with him and in his way, the way of the cross, every situation in life be beneficial for us. True followers of Christ who have the courage to take up the cross are never defeated, never surrender and are never helpless when it comes to facing any evil, even their own death. We never should lose hope in the way of Christ, the way of the cross, and the power of this way of love to convert and to change evil situations into opportunities for us to gain the greatest enduring happiness and peace possible.The way Jesus faces evil in his suffering and dying on the cross is the way we also are called to begin experiencing the resurrection victory of God's love in this troubled world. This is the way and no other which yields the perfect happiness and peace which satisfies what every person is hungering and thirsting for.
