Images is a compilation of eighty unpublished images by Noelle Hoeppe that explode across facing pages, transporting the reader into a rich world of color, texture, and shape. Noelle Hoeppe's photographs are provocative and beautiful, raw and delicate, carnal and pure. Images is a reflection of her unique view of the human form. She celebrates the beauty of its imperfections, juxtaposing her portraits with graphically rich still lives. Images is a narrative based on the senses, from the icy stare of a young woman whose red hair contrasts strikingly with her porcelain skin, to a close-up of a curvaceous woman's thighs and breasts, to a black-and-white image of a nude pregnant woman contrasted with a still life of a spoon holding a lush red liquid. Noelle Hoeppe's twenty-five years of experience as a photographer include projects with Cartier and Fuji Film, portrait sessions with celebrities such as Kristin Scott Thomas, and numerous solo exhibitions throughout Europe and the United States. After an initial education in graphic design at L'ecole des Arts Appliques Duperre in Paris, Hoeppe attended Parsons School of Design in New York. A prolific photographer, she is part of many important private collections in Paris. Her work has been featured in Bloom Magazine, Travel + Leisure, and Martha Stewart Living.
