Season of Peril

The Place: The Walled City, devoid of magic, shut off from the outside world, overcrowded, engulfed by lies, and in great danger. The Mystery: Something unnatural stalks the streets at night, killing and eating, and it's getting worse. The Man: Margar, Redcape hunter, violent enforcer of the Prince's will, a man with a past he would like to put to rest. When he is thrust into the position of hunting the beast within the stone walls, he discovers he may be the only one who has a chance to stop it.
