Concerned

Concerned is a novel about the coming of age of young people, their loves and their tragedies during the tumultuous "error" of the Iraq War. It is also a novel of ideas, a Thinking Person's book, in which the characters talk with each other about many controversial subjects: Iraq, religion, a woman's right to choose, man's inhumanity to man, and other topics many people actually do think about and discuss. All comments and observations are to be considered the personal points of view of the various characters, based on their prejudiced interpretation or misinterpretation of things they have heard or read. Within the pages of this book you will find romance, love, sex, tragedy, happiness, frivolity, silliness, and some extremely well-rounded discussions of today's touchy topics.
