A Very Liquid Heaven

This exhibition catalogue explores the problem of permanence versus mutability and the perception of time. AVLH features historical photographs and atlasses from the 16th century to the present, videos by Charles and Ray Eames and Bill Viola, drawings, sculpture, paintings and prints by Kiki Smith, Russell Crotty, John Torreano, Duane Michals, Vija Celmins, Karen Arm and Sebastian Romo, among others.
