Marlinde von Ruhs - Jalibert spent her early life immersed in the rich cultural environment of her native Salzburg, Austria. Her artistic passions nurtured within this Baroque master- piece of churches, plazas and museums that nestles the Salzach River amidst picturesque alpine mountains and meadows. With the coming of the Nazi Terror, she endured the privations and horrors of war - emerging from this shattering and fragmented time deeply affected, yet, with a survivor's appreciation for life and beauty. Internationally acclaimed for her works of art, Marlinde has traveled the world in her lifetime and shares these memories and her insights with wit and charm.
