I have had the opportunity to study with the most magnificent people ever placed in this world - Tibetan Monks. My life began from very difficult beginnings which ultimately led me to the halls of monasteries in the Far East to learn the truths of life. These truths are now being shared with you in the pages of this book. They contain not only the information on Karma but also to the way they are taught. Some of these stories are very humorous in the techniques which were used by my teachers. The words contained within the pages are to enlighten and to empower you in all that you do. I had the wonderful opportunity to study the Tibetan Buddhist path to full consciousness in this life and it is my humble desire to share that knowledge with you. Many years have passed since my sojourn in the Far East but the knowledge is more ingrained in me today than when originally taught. I have since traveled the halls of academia until achieving my Ph.D. and know that academia is not able to teach a person who they truly are along with the magnificence of being human.
