Growing up in Europe - Yorkshire, England - during WWII and the aftermath, and then crossing the Atlantic alone at the age of sixteen and entering the U.S.A. as an immigrant with all of his belongings contained in one suitcase and not knowing anyone over here, Brian Thompson takes us on a lifetime of adventure, challenges and successes to where he is today. With continued strong faith and hard work, Brian at age 76 is still working full time in three professions: attorney at law, certified public accountant and lay minister/lay pastor and is writing this book to tell all that the motto of the State of Ohio is true, "With God all things are possible." Brian Thompson has lived through times of war and times of peace, times of scarcity and times of plenty, times of extreme adversity and times of great pleasure, but always times of adventure. In this book, Brian shows us how all things have worked together for ultimate good in his life, and how all can overcome adversity and enjoy true success.
