A Bomardier's Story

Paul Dolan Has written this true story from the diary his girlfriend, Sibyl, gave to him, Saturday, March 11, 1944,... the day he left Drew Field in Tampa, with his B-17 crew, for combat in Europe.

After the war was over, they got married. Years later she urged him to write about his war experiences based on the diary, so that they could leave it to their daughter and grandchildren.

So, he started to write it. Sibyl passed away on September 3, 1997. A little over two years later, he finished his book.
