When Lord Ian Macintosh left the United Kingdom to live in the United States he thought he would have a better life, but when murder is committed across the street from his house he is the prime suspect. Is the crime somehow connected to his vivid dreams of murder? Macintosh is seemingly a man above reproach, but not to the crafty Baltimore homicide detectives. Lord Macintosh soon finds out that things do not always go as planned and that dreams are not always what they seem.
