Sister Cathedra

Two marketers have figured out the ultimate promotional coup--elevate a second-rate evangelist and his delectable singer-daughter to television super-stardom. They want to make a bundle for themselves, but never reckon on James Bresnahan, a deluded zealot who has another mission. He believes he is called by God to assassinate TV evangelists he characterizes as "errant vermin." The singer-daughter, billed as Sister Cathedra, becomes a target for Bresnahan and a crippled, lonely erotic who convinces himself that killing her is his only means of escape from his painful life.
