Understanding Insulin-Dependent Diabetes

About the Author\nDr. Chase is a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and was the Cilincal Director of the Barabara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes from its opening in 1980 to 2000. He has published over 150 research articles and is also the author of all nine editions of the book "Understanding Insulin-Dependent Diabetes" (the "Pink Panther™ Book"). He will also be the recipient of the American Diabetes Association's 2001 Outstanding Physician Clinician in Diabetes Award.
