Searching for Fritzi

This memoir traces the journey of three American women--a Jewish Holocaust survivor, her daughter, and her granddaughter--in search of their family's history. The search begins in New York with an attempt to find a missing cousin, Fritzi Burger, the beautiful Olympic ice skating champion who disappeared at the onset of the war. It ends in Vienna in the wake of the Nazi genocide.
