Running with the Moon

Yano's adventure takes place in western New Mexico circa 1100 A.D. among what would today be called the pueblos. Life for the young warrior is exciting enough, what with hunting with his friends on the beautiful mesas, exploring mysterious caves, and falling in love. But there is also tragedy in Yano's world, and the treachery that spawns it. Marauders have been raiding the pueblos in their valley, and the brutality of recent attacks has escalated. When all-out war breaks out, Yano is forced on a dangerous mission of vital importance to their survival, one that will take all his courage, knowledge, and skills to fulfill.
