An overview of the career of Dong Kingman, the great American watercolor painter. The book follows Kingman's International career, from his first public acclaim in 1936 to his passing in May 2000. The evolution of the art and unique painting styles of Dong Kingman over seven deacdes chronicle his contribution to American Art in the twentieth century. Forty full color pages of paintings and twenty six black and white photos and color photos of the artist. This book was a companion to a retrospective exhibition of the same name.
