Of Spirits: The Book Of Rowan is a guide to understanding the nature of discarnate beings. This book was written for people that work with the spirits and wish to deepen their understanding of the nature of these beings and of the unseen realms. If you are a novice, be warned that this will be a challenging book to read. There are a few exercises and techniques presented in this book, but it is primarily a discussion of the mechanisms of action for spirit contact. The material is from a Wiccan perspective but written to be inclusive of many different paths and traditions.
