Adventures and Memoirs of Grandpa Herb: An Autobiography

The author writes of his life of adventure. The book covers his growing up as a child during the depression in Wisconsin; his early sailing days in the US Merchant Marine; his love and marriage; raising a family in Illinois, Colorado and the island of Guam; and down to the sea again in the US Merchant Marine, including Desert Storm. Not only is it a remembrance for his children and their children's children, it is an interesting story for all to read.
