The volume was assembled on the occasion of renowned Egyptologist Richard H Wilkinson's retirement. At nearly 400 pages, including 125+ color illustrations, this work is composed of 24 chapters by leading scholars from around the world. The contents include a variety of new discoveries, presentation of current research, and updates from active archaeological excavations.
