Love Dances

In November 1995, his first inspirational book, Love Dances was published, with the first printing being sold out in the United States and internationally. The second printing will be released in 1999. His next inspirational book, Harmony, was just released and will soon be available at major bookstores, gift shops and from Internet sites. Inspirational books in progress are Just Love 'em, Honor, Cherish, Brothers and Sisters and A Symphony of Life. Heffner received the Clark County Health District's Public Health Hero Award in 1999 and the prestigious Community Achievement Tourism Award from the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce in September 1998. He was presented the coveted 1997 Peacemaker of the Year from the Mediators of Southern Nevada. During 1996 Heffner was honored as recipient of the distinguished Clark County Humanitarian Award, Las Vegas, Nevada and as a national nominee for the prestigious Pearson National Literary Award, Washington, DC
