This book is an effort to promote more cross cultural dialogue between African Americans and other cultures. It also attempts to discourage the use of the N...Word by exploring its history in european and world culture. Approximately 20 questions regarding Black culture,history,and race relations are also covered. The title question being the last one covered. Each chapter begins with a quote on race from a famous member of the white community,followed by a sensitive question on Blacks,then a brief response and ending with written out references. Tips are provided on how to effectively engage in discussions on race,improving race relations, avoiding police harrassment, etc.
