South Slough Adventures: Life on a Southern Oregon Estuary

Relics...such a these old pilings which supported a logging railroad in the 1920's, and place-names given by the first pioneers who settled on South Slough, are easy reminders of days before. More subtle are the beliefs and attitudes left to us from those whose past lives intertwine with ours today. South Slough has had more than its share of interesting people and events.
