The Formula of Concord - The Doctrine of Election

This book is now the first English translation of Walther's "The Formula of Concord - Core and Highlights" and Walther's "The Doctrine of Election in Questions and Answers." As the 500th anniversary of the Reformation (October 31, 2017) approaches may these writings by C.F.W. Walther prove helpful in the formation of a 21st Century Formula of Concord which will reaffirm all the doctrines of the Book of Concord of 1580 and also speak to the issues of our day, historical criticism of the Bible, evolution, homosexuality, abortion, etc.
