Decision

This is the story of Paul Dunn, an Irish boy from Wilmington, Delaware, who grew up in an Italian neighborhood known as Little Italy. Paul became a sergeant in the infantry at Camp Wheeler, Georgia, in 1934. Because of his sadistic ways of handling those under his command, his life was threatened. Eventually he had to make a decision-return to his unit and be killed or go AWOL and begin a life based on a lie. What follows involves intrigue, murder, grief, brutality and the fury of the Mafia.
