Seriously Incorporated: From a Feminine Poetic Viewpoint. Since the Civil Rights movement of the late 60's and 70's, the visibility of African Americans in corporate America has become more prominent. Although the Movement opened doors and People of Color were hired, "Unannounced Challenge" began to surface - political survival. There appears to be continued rockiness in the weary land.
