Poetry. Latino/a Studies. the color is blue/ the head numb/ Coleman Hawkins/ mood indigo/ on the toca discos/ wouldn't you know-- J Blues. These poems are beautifully written. I particularly appreciate the rush and tension of the poems'-- Simon Perchik. Like small wire contraptions. Like Brancusi sculptures containing much pain and much wry humor.
