Fungoes and Fastballs: Great Moments in Baseball HAIKU

In the grand tradition of Basho, Kerouac, and Dan Quisenberry, here is a playful collection of baseball haiku and humorous pencil sketches by freelance writer and lifelong Tigers fan Phil Cousineau.The author/illustrator has published over 25 books, written or cowritten over 20 documentary films, and contnributed to scores of other books on topics from art and music to travel and sports. Currently, he coaches sandlot baseball at Joe diMaggio Playground in North Beach, san Francisco.
