Unveiling (A Crimson Edge Chapbook)

These poems evoke the poet's life as a nun for eighteen years, the heritage that led her to the convent, and the quest that sent her back into the world at large. The centerpiece of the collection, a long, passionate poem called "The Sister Mailee Sequence, " recreates the struggle of a sensuous young woman, a budding poet, to submit her nature to the rule of the convent.
