Faces of Wisdom: Elders of the World

In 1980 photographer Ethan Hubbard traveled the world with a knapsack, a tent, light cooking gear, cameras, film and small gifts to give to people who befriended him along the way. He sought out elders, they fascinated him - their wisdom, their integrity, their relationship with themselves and with fellow human beings. The wisdom of their lives was reflected from those faces and captured by the photographs in this book.
