Bruno and Philippe

There is an attic painted in green on the top of a small bakery in Castle Street. Nobody goes to the attic anymore because the owners lost the keys to it a long time ago. It would never occur to them to break the doors for they were the kind of people by their very nature who would never destroy anything. But this attic is the best place in the world for the two jolly characters of this book. Why they choose to live here is for a very special and, in my opinion, very obvious reason... Moreover, you could hardly find a better place for all the little things you would fancy to do than this sunny abandoned snug that smells of azaleas. When you live in such place there are always plenty of adventures chasing you. Especially if you're a cat who knows how to chew the pancakes thoroughly and a flea learning French.
