Floating Stones

Bernard Lord has written poetry for a number of years, experimenting with tone, format and style, all with a recognisable voice. This collection includes some of his early work and touches on significant events in his life, most notably in the section entitled '"In a Cerulean Sky'." Written between 1999 and 2011 some of the included poems have appeared in magazines and anthologies. As he moved to France after retirement, he has also been writing poems in French or including words and phrases from his adopted language in his writing. And pourquoi pas?
