Poetry. Art. With illustrations by Liz Maxwell. John Taggart, poet and theorist, was born in 1942 and lives in Pennsylvania. He was educated at Chicago and Syracuse Universities, and has published several books of poetry as well as translations and essays on contemporary poetry and poetics. He was founder editor of the influential magazine, Maps.
