Down But Not Out: Young People, Photography and Images of Homelessness

The words and photographs of a group of homeless young people whose work, sponsored by an arts group, culminated in the "Down But Not Out" exhibition. This is not only a photo essay about the first hand experience of being young and homeless, but a guide to the methods and approach of the project, as well as to the use of photography to teach cultural and media studies.
