Tales II is a continuation of Tales I, the true story of an American Citizen set up and arrested illegally by the Tijuana police, who stole everything he owned. The author spent over three years in Mexico's most corrupt prison until he found an honest lawyer to have the charges dropped and he was released. While inside, he documented the stories of many other prisoners, some who were also unjustly incarcerated.
