Sports medicine roles and responsibilities for high school team physicians and athletic trainers

This publication is dedicated to helping team physicians and athletic trainers define their individual and combined roles and responsibilities. In addition, this work will assist administrators, physicians and trainers in the adoption of preseason planning activities, development of protocols and coordination among various participants in interscholastic athletic programs. The work includes a section of sample forms.
