This manual is designed so that it can be used by anyone who has some knowledge of NLP and has been exposed to a training program. There are 50 exercises of varying complexity. Many of these exercises contain pieces of information tat are intended to help the leader of a group to assist the participants to get maximum benefit from the exercises. We recommend that Basic Techniques be read and used before this work.
