"E-mail Essentials: A Basic Guide to E-Mail Style & Etiquette" is a new title in our Best of the Web Series. "E-mail Essentials" offers guidelines on e-mail style and usage, helping assure that your messages will be well-received and properly understood. It examines why e-mail is different from other means of communication and offers basic rules and guidelines relating to highlighting text, use of abbreviations, page layout and structure, sending copies of your message, and replying to the messages of others.
