Adult Domestic Violence: Constitutional, Legislative & Equitable Issues

This work examines recent domestic violence legislation and reviews policy choices and drafting problems for such legislation. The disqualification or discipline of judges who persistently disregard the concerns of abused women is discussed in depth in the work.
