First edition bound in green cloth. Inscribed & dated (10/28/86) on the front fly "To the fiercely blazing and / unutterably gorgeous MT (Majestic Toes?)/ Adoringly, D.R." . A fine copy in a VG+ dj that has a couple of tiny closed edge tears on the spine tips but is otherwise fine.
